点评：Worst service in the Seaport. We put ourselves on the waitlist as advised and when we arrived we were told 30 min. We waited for an hour and a half to be seated. When our table was ready the hostess just waved at me and pointed to a table that was open. It then took a long time for someone to come over to us and explain how it works. So when you want to order you put this paper in a stand. Also, you can scan a QR code and order from there. We placed our orders and then 2 different waiters came to ask us what we ordered and both times they had it written down wrong. Immediately following that, my tacos came out instantly but not my dates. He waited 30 more minutes to receive his tacos after asking 2 different staff members. The tacos were small, taste was mediocre. The decor and ambiance was very nice. Overall they need a better system to serve customers because it was complete chaos and disorganized. No one is actually waiting on you, your table isn’t assigned to a specific waiter. It’s just a bunch of runners dropping off plates at tables. It could be so much better, unfortunately they missed the mark.
