点评：They don’t even deserve 1 star but 0 isn’t an option (bummer). Anyhow, let me start off by saying this place doesn’t deserve your money, take it elsewhere. This review is for my experience yesterday 2.14.23. My husband got home late from work so our dinner options were limited. We were going to initially go to Havana Spice which we enjoy but unfortunately it was closed by the time we got there and since Mario’s closed at 11 instead of 10 we headed there. We were greeted upon arrival and sat in the back room. Waiter came and took our drink order, a corona and wine. She came shortly after and took our food order, a club sandwich and an order of filled tostones. She brought my husband his beer and brought me an empty wine glass and said I’ll be back with the wine. She went to the back of the room and brought back a little wine bottle like the ones you get at the gas station, hot and not what I ordered. She was clueless so I just changed for a coke to save myself the trouble. 1 hour later we found ourselves still waiting for our food, mind you not even hot food. The waiter never checked in with us throughout the hour. My husband decided he wanted another beer and we happen to catch our waiter running by and my husband politely asked for another beer. Waiter didn’t even stop to acknowledge him and continued with her fast-paced walking and just said ok as she left. As you can imagine the beer never came. About 20 minutes after he asked for the beer, I hear the table behind us ask for beer and she brought over immediately. Being that our food should’ve came out a long time ago, my husbands beer was never brought and we were just left there completely disregarded we decided to ask for the manager. Wait, the story gets worse. The “Manager” never came. We simply got up and paid for the beer and coke consumed and left to enjoy some Wendy’s (much better service). Save your time and your money and avoid this place by all means. Even if Mario’s is your last resort your better off just getting fast food. I hope this review saves someone from a bad experience and disappointment. Waiter: Yerina
