Everglades Gator Grill的点评
点评：You may have seen “gator” at places, usually as a novelty item. This is NOT that.
This is alligator, sourced ethically and with care, and prepared to its finest form. Seriously - you’ve really not had alligator unless you’ve had it here. It’s prepared fresh, and not the frozen mush you can find at most places.
And if gator’s not your things, the frog legs are top notch. Or maybe you’re not feeling that adventurous and just want a good bite of burger? Their burgers are the best south of Miami. Seriously - they’re way beyond acceptable, they’re worth traveling for.
But the real reason to go is the people. I am beyond impressed with the service these folks provided—and I’m not just talking about getting food hot and fast. They put together a meal for nearly 40 people under difficult circumstances, and they did it with ingenuity, hard work, and most importantly: care. They CARE. And that’s so rare these days that I can feel tears welling up as I write this.
If you’re explore the Everglades, be and explorer. Go here, push your envelopes, and try some gator or frog, or just sink into that burger you really want to fuel you for the day’s adventures.
But it’s not too busy and you want a story, ask them about the number 24. You’ll be glad you did.
