点评：While there is now a place that serves lunch in Flamingo, this is the closest and best place eat when visiting Everglades National Park. It is just outside the park on the entrance road and very convenient and very good. In addition, while there are other things to eat, you can eat alligator meat just like what you saw in the park. I had eaten here years ago so when I took 4 other couples to the park, I knew the best place to take them.
After a good morning in the park, we stopped here around 1:30 to eat before our 3:00 "Wet Walk". Since we had a group of 10, they allowed us to call in an order that was ready when we got there. There is a small amount of seating inside, but ample room to eat outside beneath a shade structure. However, they do have a building for the restrooms. While a couple of people had other more traditional lunch items, a number of us including myself had the gator and it was very good. Everyone enjoyed their lunch and with the timely service we were still able to visit Robert Is Here for desert before getting back to the park for our Wet Walk. It was a great day and a great place to eat.
