点评：My husband and I visited the Homestead, FL location one month ago and had the most amazing experience. Everything was great from our server to our food, the and the ambiance. My husband ordered the ribeye and shrimp. I ordered the bone-in- ribeye. WOW! We were anxious to return, expecting the same experience. It was not. This visit I ordered the sirloin and ribs. My husband ordered the ribeye and fried shrimp. My sirlon steak was seasoned well and cooked as ordered. No complaints. However, my ribs were cold, not even room temperature, and so dry I could barely swallow and felt I was about to choke. I immediately told our server, Jorge P. (he was great although, we believe he was new at his position). My ribs were replaced with the Alice Springs Chicken, which is one of my favorites. It was okay but not as good as the many other times I've ordered it from numerous Outback Steakhouse locations. I didn't complain. I just wanted my husband to pay the check so we could go home. We were excited to revisit the Homestead location. It was an underwhelming experience. However, we do plan to go back. We love Outback Steakhouse.
