Pontoon boat rental - Flamingo Adventures - Great staff but Underwhelming experience

The "Average" rating is NOT because of the staff, who is great. First thing to note is that the pontoon boats do NOT have a canopy and haven't for years (the website makes you think one of them does). For a full day on the lake, in full sun, this is not great. Second is just the fact that you do not get to see much. We rented the pontoon boat for a full day hoping to navigate the small canals on the southwestern side of Whitewater Bay, but you are not allowed to go further than the South Joe River Chickee due to water depth, which was a bummer. This is not clearly indicated on the map provided on the website that makes you think that only houseboats cannot go past that point. So our day was more like a "pontoon boat day on the lake". We did get to see a Manatee (right in the harbor), a few dolphins and a Crocodile but there are many other places you can see those during other activities. Unless you are excited in general about taking a boat on a lake, the experience is a bit underwhelming and I would unfortunately not recommend it.
