Just go! Interesting experience, don’t miss the Himalayan Mulberries!

点评：What a hidden gem! We weren’t sure about going here, it sounded strange TBH. We had a little extra time one morning before an airboat tour (btw, highly recommend checking out River of Grass airboat tours!) so we thought we would wander around for an hour or so. I wish we’d had more time! The grounds are beautiful. As the description says, many, many varieties of mangos, bamboo, bananas, and a ton of coconuts! Our tour guide said to buy a $10 coconut opener and bring it to the park. You’re allowed to eat any fruit that has fallen off the trees and there were dozens and dozens of coconuts everywhere. Speaking of fallen fruit, BE SURE to find the Himalayan Mulberry tree by heading to the right as you walk into the park. It’s kind of along the outer edge of the park about half way between the bathrooms and the greenhouse (I think). The yellowish white berries on the ground are the most delicious berries I’ve ever had in my life. DO NOT MISS the Himalayan Mulberries! I also highly recommend taking the included guided tram tour because you’ll learn about the park and the plants there and get interesting stories about the history of the park and sometimes funny tourist stories. Our guide was David and he was great!! We really enjoyed our tour with him and we could tell he enjoys working there. He said the best time to visit is in the summer when the fruit is at its peak (but also summer in Florida—hot and humid!). I wish we had been able to do the tasting tour (extra charge) but we couldn’t stay long enough for the next one (12pm and 3pm). I would absolutely visit here again when we are in the area. A highlight for sure! Our 12 and 14 year olds even had a good time.
翻译：真是个隐藏的宝地！说实话，我们一开始还不确定要不要去，感觉有点奇怪。有一天早上，在乘坐汽船之前，我们还有一点空闲时间（顺便说一句，强烈推荐去看看“草河”汽船之旅！），所以我们想在里面逛个一小时左右。真希望我们能有更多时间！园子里景色优美。正如介绍所说，有各种各样的芒果、竹子、香蕉，还有成吨的椰子！我们的导游建议我们花10美元买一个椰子开壳器带到公园里。树上掉下来的椰子都可以吃，而且到处都有几十个椰子。说到掉落的水果，一定要在走进公园后向右走，找到喜马拉雅桑树。它位于公园的外缘，大概在卫生间和温室中间的位置（我想）。地上那些黄白色的桑葚是我这辈子吃过最好吃的。千万不要错过喜马拉雅桑葚！我还强烈推荐参加包含在内的有导游陪同的电车之旅，因为你会了解公园和那里的植物，听到关于公园历史的有趣故事，有时还会听到一些有趣的旅游故事。我们的导游是大卫，他很棒！！我们真的很享受和他一起的旅程，我们看得出他很喜欢在那里工作。他说参观的最佳时间是夏天，那时水果正值成熟期（但佛罗里达的夏天也很热，又潮湿！）。真希望我们能参加品酒之旅（额外收费），但我们没能待足够长的时间参加下一次品酒之旅（中午 12 点和下午 3 点）。当我们再来这一带时，我一定会再来这里的。绝对的亮点！我们 12 岁和 14 岁的孩子也玩得很开心。
