点评：This is the worst customer service experience I have had in Los Alamos, NM. If can go somewhere else, do it. I was going to be seated at a table in the sun. I chose to sit somewhere else. I did not use the menu at the table. I used a regular menu. I was passed over for service twice while waiting to place my order. Once I placed my order, I requested water to drink. my food was brought out to me at which point I request a bottle of ketchup because the one on the table was empty. I was not given water to drink and the ketchup was never replaced. No one ever came by to check on me the entire time I was there. I paid for my food and left because it was getting busy. I called a short time later and asked to speak to the manger. I told the manager of my experience he said they were new and things would get better. I asked how that could excuse ignoring someone the entire time they were there and giving them something to drink. My lunch order was just under $20. No desert, nothing extra. Just a main course and nothing to drink. AS I was talking to him he hung up the phone.
