点评：We went there for our anniversary dinner, and Pabu did not disappoint. The food was exceptional - everything we had was really delicious. And the service was also fantastic. Jacob, our waiter, was so informative and friendly - he recommended some dishes, we choose several of them - including the Miyake tempura, and the miso glazed yellowtail, among others. He was spot on, they were fantastic. And he helped us figure out the right amount of food, too, not overselling. I had a specialty of the house drink created by one of the expert bartenders there, it had bourbon with a pear liqueur and pear puree, also really delicious and unique. The bartender came over to talk to us after we had it. So creative. Pabu also brought us a delicious Japanese cheesecake dessert complementary. The restaurant ambiance was chic, lively but not too noisy. We will go back to Pabu, it was a great evening and experience.
