点评：Food was excellent and quick. Ambience awesome, menu seems authentic. Wait staff were incredibly efficient and professional. What I take issue with is the wait for a table and the clarity of the hostesses. We were told 45 minute wait upon arrival. We weren’t excited by that time frame, but it was doable. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, after asking TWICE how much longer (at 45 minutes and 1 hr) and being told “just 10 more minutes,” we were making other arrangements to leave and order food to our hotel when we got the text that our table was ready. We were out the cost of a ride share because we were starving, freezing, and desperate.
Had we known it was going to take that long, we would not have waited. We feel swindled, lied to in order to maintain our business, not once, not twice, but three times. The least they could do is throw in a free something as apology but I guess they don’t have to.
