点评:Sharon was very unprepared. She seemed frazzled when we arrived. Clam chowder was advertised, but then we ended up making haddock chowder. She said if you want clam chowder then you should go to Boston. She rambles and shares random stories and history. The potatoes and onion in the chowder were not cooked. She asked guests to wash their hands before helping but she did not wash her own hands before OR after handling raw fish. Her knives were dull. She handed him it and said if it was dull then he could sharpen it. She gave my husband an onion with brown rot on part of it. The popovers were burnt on the outside and not cooked on the inside. She told us to not open the oven when making popovers and she opened it 3 times. She claimed that she was to have a new oven delivered the day of the class. The oven smelled like it was burning when cooking popovers. Only butter served with the burnt popovers. Not jam. They did not come out of the pan clean. She gave us a half ripped popover. We paid $75 each to get chowder that was not cooked thoroughly and burnt popovers with gooey inside. It was a shocking experience. I truly think her business needs to be shut down. This is criminal to advertise a cooking class and then do what she is doing. I would love to get our money back. I would not recommend this class to anyone. I hope it gets shut down.
