点评：Everyone was super friendly and nice, demonstrating a true aloha spirit. Shout out to Shannon and the rest of the crew. The live entertainment was great, too, taking requests and knocking it out of the park with like a cover of IZ's version of Somewhere over the rainbow. TIP - we booked through a booking agent, Blue
Hawaiian, adjacent to our hotel's front desk, so they had an upsell tacked on - it is better to book direct with KBOS and save. There's also a 10% off code at a Yummi Huli Huli chicken. The bus did pick us from our hotel in Waikiki, to He'eia Kea harbor. We did the afternoon tour, so we had to wait for the boat to come back from the morning tour. There's a small mini-mart at the harbor. What we didn't know was they allowed you BYOB. The alcohol prices were commensurate with any captive audience attraction. There is water and Tang provided, too.
The booking agent erred in informing us there would be fins available for us, only life vests, snorkel gear, kayaks and SUP boards included. The afternoon tour included a small croissant sandwich but you might get hungrier, especially if you "go all out" with the physical activities. They do have chips/crisps included, too. Our package didn't include the banana boat rides so I can't comment on that. They have lifeguards/guides for the kayaks / SUP boards to make it easier to get on and off them. There is one lifeguard overseeing the snorkel side of things and feeding the fishes to attract them over. While there were a lot of fish, there was no honu (sea turtles) despite what the booking agent promised. There was a volley ball net but we didn't have a big enough group to partake. Total time on the water was around 2.5 hours. There were changing rooms, and men's and women's restrooms but they were porta potty style so go before you go. Even if you don't know how to swim , they provide a rope tethered from the boat to a large sunbathing barge where you can pretty much walk the entire way and then they help you onto the kayaks / SUP boards.
