Over Easy的点评
点评：Had a fantastic breakfast here on our stay in Kailua! We went on a Friday morning around 8:30AM and had about a 10-15 minute wait for 2. The timing was good as the line and the wait got longer after that and didn’t let up. There are benches available to sit and wait and you are sent a waitlist text so you know your status.
We were seated outside near the door going inside. Our server Rosaria brought water and menus and explained the two specials that day. We ordered a spicy blood Mary and coffee to start while we looked over the menu. When the drinks came out she took our order - the special Easy Madame (eggs medium) and the Over Easy Plate (over easy eggs, Kailua pork,wheat toast and crispy potatoes).
Everything that came from the kitchen smelled so good and looked great too! We noticed the pancakes were the size of the plates they were served on! When the food came out we knew we had made a great choice eating there. The easy madame - a grilled white cheese sandwich topped with thick cut crispy bacon and béchamel sauce, roasted potatoes (a combination of sweet potatoes, fingerlings and another white potato), and a greens salad with a nice vinaigrette dressing. It was absolutely heaven in every bite! The over easy plate looked good too - eggs perfect, a generous bowl of juicy pork, wheat toast and the delicious roasted potatoes. We both left entirely satisfied and full!
The service was great, and the food is exceptional! For the portions and quality of food the price was worthwhile ($60 for two large breakfasts, coffee and the Bloody Mary (requested spicy). Amazing breakfast spot… they offer bakery goods as well and they have a sister location for barbecue - Easy Que which we will need to try before we leave.
