From the moment we walked in, the entire team was welcoming and professional—but a special shoutout goes to Jeffrey, who went above and beyond to help us. He patiently answered all of our questions, offered great advice, and made sure we felt confident and prepared.
I rented both a bike and a bike rack, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The gear was in excellent condition, and Jeffrey made sure everything was adjusted and secured properly before we left. His knowledge and customer-first attitude really made a difference.
