点评:We were very disappointed. We were told by our Hilton concierge and others to stop if we were ever out that way so we did. We arrived about 3:30 after an hour drive to get there. We had to go and find the hostess after waiting in the rain for 5 minutes. She was rude and dismissive. She said that they didn’t have any tables and wouldn’t be able to seat us. We walked through to the gift shop thinking we would by a bottle of wine only to find at least 6 tables empty. We turned around and left.
On our way out we visited with a party of 3 that had been standing outside when we arrived. They said they had a reservation but had been waiting a quite awhile and this was their second attempt coming here. They were never seated the first time they came out. Reservation or no reservation I guess it doesn’t matter.
We will let the Hilton Grand concierge know and we will not return to try again.
