点评:First off Parking. Lots of street parking and a modest public parking lot right across the street, even so expect that to be filled on busier times.
So this place is on the pricier side - having said that if you go in knowing that you should be fine as ambiance, service and of course food are all up to the task.
I cannot comment on the drinks personally as I do not drink alcohol but my friends all seemed happy and there were a few sip and Oooo this is good moments.
I will say this though (granted I went here a few months ago so maybe it's changed). I noticed a review where the owner responded to someone that left a 1 star review and one concern brought up was the use of a QR code for menu. I've seen this at a few places on my travels especially since covid. So to the owner- Your response was POOR at best. Your reply "I don't understand how you don't have data on your phone" Well I don't understand how you don't have wifi when many coffee shops can manage to do it. Also- if you read the review it's painfully obvious they are not American so whatever cell provider they have from their country either doesn't have or is expensive to roam in another country. Go see if your Verizon, ATT, etc allows you to use your data in another country for free- unless it's Canada / Mexico most likely not.
Here's a response for you- We apologize for the difficulty you had accessing the online menu. We have physical menu's for our customers that prefer them or may have left their phone at home / low battery etc., just let our staff know and they will be happy to assist you.
There, easy solution without attacking your customers. As someone who was born and raised in Hilo the response from this establishment is disheartening. If whoever manages these responses is a local even more so.
