点评：This is hotel is clean, but the service was not good. We were told breakfast was at 6:30am, it was posted 6:30am. We were standing by the door until 6:35am, in plain sight of the front desk lady. When we finally asked her if it opened at 6:30am she said, "Yes but they didn't open the kitchen in time so today it won't be ready until 7am". Isn't this something you might have mentioned watching us stand right outside the door? No apology, nothing. We left to get on the road, and I forgot my toiletries bag in the bathroom. Called the next day and let them know which room and what it looked like. They told me they would check with housekeeping and the manager would return my call. Three days later when we called again after not hearing from anyone, we were told they never found it. Well, it's pretty hard to miss a roll out bag full of all of someone's personal items. It's not the end of the world but it is very inconvenient to replace it all because of staff that steal.
