Drive on, worst place I have ever stayed in.

点评：I didn't think I would ever top the Motel 6 in Slidell LA as being the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, well the Trail Motel has done that and more. The room i had was a dump. Thought it was going to be ok since the exterior looked decent, but after checking in a driving to the room, the makeshift table that was outside our room, gave me a feeling about what to expect.
We had a problem getting the door even open since the keys were an old type, but once the door opened the wall of smoke nearly knocked us down. The room reeked of smoke, and the only pet friendly rooms were apparently also the smoking rooms.
Beds were a joke, had stains all over the box springs, the floor had stains all over the place, but the smell was the worst part.
Our clothes smelled like smoke the entire trip home, and the next morning we all woke up with horrible sinus issues. Which could have been the smoke smell, or the dirty air unit that we had going.
Couldn't wait to get out of there.
