点评：**Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend**
We rented a pontoon and tube for 8 hours at a cost of $760, expecting a smooth and enjoyable day on the water. Unfortunately, that was far from what we got. From the start, the boat had issues—struggling to pick up speed, stalling, and randomly restarting. After only two hours, we returned to the dock to report the problem. Disappointingly, no action was taken to resolve the issue or provide an alternative.
We gave it another try, but the same problems persisted. Eventually, we anchored at the sandbar to rest for about an hour, hoping things might improve. When we tried again, the boat stalled twice within 10 minutes. At that point, we didn’t feel safe or confident in the equipment and returned to the dock—two full hours before our rental was up.
Tristan assured us he’d "take care of us," but all we received was a $50 refund, which is completely unacceptable given the serious mechanical issues and the fact that we couldn’t fully use the boat we paid a premium price for.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor equipment, minimal support, and an inadequate refund. I would not recommend this rental company to others.
