The Local Bar & Grill的点评
点评：Met a friend for a weekday lunch. I had driven by this place for years before it changed hands as The Local and thought its location was very interesting (very close to the grade school that my kids attended)...never felt like stopping in...seemed a bit sketch before. They have done wonders with this place. Remodel is great. It is a smaller restaurant, and their expansion will make it a little easier to get a table.
Great vibe all around; it was nearly full when we arrived and with a wait when we left. Friendly bartender, prompt food delivery. Nashville Hot Chicken was great. Avoid the coleslaw--mine was from a can or something and tasted bad. Chicken salad was good, altho the very fresh leaf lettuce made it harder to eat. Several choices of dressing, including 3 types of vinagrettes.
Free parking that seems nearly full most of the time.
Note: just one bathroom for women. Plan accordingly.
