Four Seasons Family Restaurant的点评
点评：Unfortunately we had a terrible experience but after reading some of the other reviews, it sounds like it wasn’t a fluke. We’ve been here many times and was always a delightful family restaurant. This time was much different. Ordered milk for our 2 year old and she wouldn’t drink it. Said it was “yucky.” The 4 adults at the table all had a taste and was completely sour. Told the waitress and she said she previously had covid so couldn’t taste a thing. She left and checked the date and said it wasn’t expired but yikes, it was terrible! Then offered my 2 year old white soda in exchange for the milk. No thanks. Bread basket was stale. Their homemade rolls are great, no doubt, but the packages breadsticks were completely stale. Service was very slow but only had 2 waitresses for whole place-definitely short on help. Meal came out at appropriate time but short on several items and had to ask for a few items multiple times (syrup,extra napkins, etc). Plate for my 2 year old was chipped so suggested to waitress they throw plate away. Just not what we expected from this place we all enjoyed so much in the past. We won’t be returning unless something changes and we’re sad about that.
