点评:What started out as wishful thinking - of an evening having drinks before a dinner - turned out to be the worst experience.
We registered with the rude "Hostess" and sat at a table in the bar area. My husband asked at the bar to see a menu while we waited only to be told they didn't have any. We then asked the Hostess for one - when she had a minute - as she was walking by to seat others. She promptly replied that we could get one at the bar and when we replied that we already had asked for one there, she hastily threw one on our table and walked away.
After waiting 1 HOUR AND 20 MINUTES, we asked the bartender to take our order as we were STILL waiting. One would think that this would be her cue to be sure our order was submitted promptly so we could be served. ANOTHER 40 MINUTES passed and we STILL did not have our meal. TWO HOURS AFTER WE ARRIVED we left.
The Management AND staff at this poorly run and inept bar / restaurant are in dire need of training in customer service.
Save yourself frustration and go elsewhere where great customer service is of the utmost of importance.
