点评：My absolute favorite food is seafood. I love it all and was so excited about this food truck. I've visited multiple times because I wanted to keep trying different dishes. I would often have lunch when he used to park in front of Farm and Fleet. In the beginning it was pretty good. Over the years, the quality and service have absolutely tanked. Ordering on Eat Street was a nightmare. You had a one in ten chance that they would actually prepare your food. Most the time, I would hear nothing for an hour and then Eat Street would call and say they couldn't get ahold of him and had to cancel my order. Other times, I would see he was open on Facebook with instructions to call ahead for pickup. I would call and no one would ever answer. When we did get food, it started being very inconsistent. One day, the dish would come with a large portion and two sides, the next day the dish would be the tiniest scoop and no sides. I never knew what I was paying for. The last time we had a meal here was the worst. The food was cold, the meat was uncooked, and my husband found a wrapper in his soup. You could also witness the poor food care and handling while they prepared the food. The truck was always absolutely filthy. I know South Padre ended up closing up shop for awhile, but I guess he's back. It just seems like he doesn't really know what he's doing.
