点评：I honestly have to say I was reluctant to write this review because we have never been disappointed at Backyard Grill.
Our visit this time was a bit disappointing. Most of the disappointment fell on our waitress. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day or is always a bit rude but there was several times she was quite short with us. Our order was fulfilled incorrectly and she was unapologetic about it. When bussing the table at the end of the meal she was quite demanding to hand her the dishes. Please and Thank you really can go a long way especially in the service industry. My wife and I have both worked in this industry and can certainly understand a bad day but also know when working for tips there needs to be a better attitude towards customers.
Our visit was not a total loss. The food was excellent as always. As I started the review we’ve been never disappointed here which is why we return whenever passing through Fond du Lac.
We will probably give it another chance in the future and hope we do not end up with the same waitress.
