点评：We have had dinners at the Whistling Swan for the last several years which have usually been top quality. Despite whatever you read below, the new chef and new restaurant name are working BEAUTIFULLY at least based on tonight’s experience! We were fortunate enough to have Jessica as our server, who knew everything she needed to know about the menu. The service was quick and efficient. The bruschetta was super. The risotto was super. The pasta with shrimp and whitefish was super. She introduced us to the great chef George who was wonderfully friendly. The only concerns we had were why — when Fish Creek was so crowded — were so few people there? Come on, people! This is a great place with great service, ambience, and super great food. One other concern. Their portions are so generous! Maybe that will hurt their profits? Way too much food for us, but it was so damn good!!!
