点评：Dangerous and not well run. The website is so vague. Needs a better website to explain amenities and options. We paid $119 per person to upgrade to VIP club. First of all there is no reserved seating in the VIP section unless you are a season ticket holder. It took asking SIX people at the vio section to find out this information. So when we got there at 5pm, in order to get a seat to 'possibly' see the stage we had to stand for and hour and a half in line and then sprint to a table, 'fight' for a location to watch the concert. The website makes it seem like if you purchase an upgrade you will have a table with a stage view. Maybe 25% could have a possible view. Buyer beware.
We were there for a Noah Kahan concert that was cancelled due to weather. No cell phone service is a problem when you tell people to look up severe weather conditions but you cannot download the app...because of no cell service. They told people to shelter in their cars...but there were many people that took Ubers or were dropped off...that were basically locked out of the venues with no where to go. And from what we could see..... the venue did not care. It could have been catastrophic if the storm was worse. The poor people outside were crying and trying to come in from the severe weather. It was horrible.
What was supposed to have been a fun family/freinds event turned out to be so disappointing. Our friends were stuck in their cars until after midnight because the parking lot was such a mess.
