Hampton Inn Elkhorn Lake Geneva Area的点评
点评：On the plus side the the Hampton Inn room was clean with all workable appliances (TV, Fridge, Lighting)
And mind you I never had to complain about a night's sleep at a Hilton site before.
But on the minus side, we were repeatedly disturbed throughout the night by the guests above us holding a wedding party. We called twice about the matter. Elkhorn hotel management at the 3 AM calling did offer to move us into another room. However with all our belongings already in the room and having to get up early, we opted to stay put. We did not get a satisfactory good night's rest.
We made a complaint to the reservation clerk and to the manager. Both made it appear that were making up the story and never apologized or offer some compensation for our misery.
Hilton Corporate did provide some reimbursement and even mentioned they would encourage the Hampton Inn manager to formally apologize (Manager never did). Though I will visit another Hilton property, I will not visit this Elkhorn Hilton property again.
