点评:We often come here in the summer for their very good and reasonably priced Sunday fried chicken special, but we came today for their Saturday night prime rib special. We made an excellent choice. We both ordered the queen cut prime rib, mine rare and her's medium rare. Both were delivered as ordered and both were truly excellent with tenderness and a wonderful flavor. Some of the best prime rib we have ever had! The fries were very good but the blue cheese dressing was outstanding! It is mostly blue cheese crumbles with just a little bit of creamy thrown in. It is not pourable, which is a really good thing. 2 prime rib dinners (and we both took some home) and a bottle of good cabernet for $121.00 including tax and tip! Given our inflation over the past couple of years, that is a very good price! In Wisconsin supper club tradition, the prime rib is only available on Saturday.
Amber was our server, and not only did she do a great job with a super smile and even better attitude, she was also the one who made up the blue cheese dressing! She is the definition of a superstar -- only barely topped by the prime rib!
We have been very happy with The Waterfront. I think you will be as well.
