点评：We met friends for a late breakfast who had dined before at Endive and highly recommended. What a delicious surprise; this placed is tucked into a strip mall! Three of us tried different eggs Benedict’s; the salmon, the ham w/spinach and the mushroom. All were soooo yummy (yes, we shared tastes!). The outlier had the most enormous breakfast burrito; had to take half home. The food presentation was beautiful. Should’ve taken a picture but we were so anxious to dive in.
The server, T-ray, was just the right blend of friendly and ensuring we were properly attended to. The lunch and dinner menus looked intriguingly different that we will for sure return to try. The only reason we didn’t give Endive 5 stars was because the atmosphere is very casual, but the food screams fancy; like it should be served on white tablecloths by a server with a French accent. We also drooled over the food in the To-Go carry out case, but will save that for another visit. A couple of caveats; Endive is not fast food; it takes a bit of time for such pretty and tasty food and that was fine with us as we wanted to savor the food and the company. And Endive’s price point for breakfast is on the high side, but the value is there. Hope this place can make it and move to a venue more aligned with its unique and delicious fare.
