点评：DON’T BOOK HERE!! They’ll leave you stranded at night with no open reception and no access to your reserved room, while charging you for the pleasure.
If I could give it zero stars I would. Alpine will take your money without any actual physical checking at the hotel, but then close down early in off season (before 8pm as listed on their site AND confirmation email), and leave you without a place to stay. This is, of course, just as it’s getting dark and you’re far from home. In my case, I was a single female traveling alone, left with no place to stay. NOT okay.
I arrived at 5:30pm (5:30!!!!!! That is NOT late for a hotel) during March Break. The confirmation email said I had to arrive by 8pm. I arrived to a dark hotel, reception shut down, and no access to my CONFIRMED RESERVATION, already CHARGED TO MY CARD. Thankfully, I found another hotel locally, and went back the next morning to figure out what happened. The lady at reception faked pleasant and polite and asked me to email the managers to figure things out. I did - twice - but never heard back. I disputed the charge, and only THEN did Alpine see fit to get active… by disputing back and blocking my refund. Absolutely absurd.
My advice: Book at the Hampton Inn & Suites down on the main road - they’re much, much more professional and reliable.
