点评:Worst service yet and not improving.
We took our grandchildren to grab a (1) sandwich and a (1) hash brown patty. After 45 minutes of waiting inside on a to-go order (absolutely not an exaggeration) we asked for a refund and left. While waiting, the cook was yelling, (loud enough for all in the restaurant to hear,) "My kitchen wasn't prepped correctly," "Were short staffed," "I dont care if people are angry," and any other excuses and blame he could muster up. This was all done in a very loud angry voice resulting in significant amount of discomfort in the waiting area.
**People were getting refunds and leaving right and left.**
Our family has lived in Cheney for many many years and have been patrons of Zips for as many. It WAS a great place to go for fast food. For the last 9 months or so, however, service has gone steadily down hill. This was not the only time we have had to wait an exorbitant amount of time for a very simple order, but it is the most egregious! My son in law got stuck waiting for 30 minutes to get two milkshakes. Good grief!!
I do want to give kudos to the gals on the front line... they were doing the best they could in dealing with angry customers and an abusive cook.
Bottom line...no reason to go back.

我真想给一线的姑娘们点个赞……她们竭尽全力应对愤怒的顾客和粗暴的厨师。
总之……没有理由再去了。
