点评:If you are having problems with a customer's transaction you move them to your second register (which opened up after the 30 mins of us all waiting!) Instead why didn't you open that second register and move the "issue" to it so the rest of us could get to skating?? By the time we got in to be able to skate we had only 45 mins left of public skating. No employees were friendly and no one said they could off any discount. We had never been there and we drove and hour and will never go there again. Us, as parents, didn't get to skate because that would have costed us another $40 so a total of $70 for 45 mins. All these employees need to learn customer service and being courtesy. The "manager" left and went to her break room, should be fired! Not to mention learn some courtesy and simple problem solving skills! BTW never talk about your customers and then stare at them because you don't understand that everyone in line should have been discounted in some way for waiting and wasting their skating time. We obviously didn't get the so called "friendly" staff of the day that is mentioned in previous reviews.
