点评：Disappointing Experience at CJ’s Beach House
I had high hopes for CJ’s Beach House given its location, but unfortunately, the experience fell short on several levels.
The fish and chips were greasy and unappetizing, and the burger patty was thin, poorly constructed, and fell apart easily. These are simple dishes that should be done well—especially at a beachside restaurant—but they missed the mark.
The biggest letdown, however, was the bar drink, which was honestly undrinkable. When we politely raised the issue, we were told that it’s restaurant policy not to offer a replacement, and we were still charged for the drink.
I conferred with my daughter, who works as a consultant in the restaurant industry, and she confirmed what I already suspected: making a customer pay for a drink they didn’t like is just poor customer service. There’s usually plenty of margin in alcohol sales to allow for an occasional comped item.
With so many dining options in the area, I’d recommend looking elsewhere until this place improves its food quality and customer care.
