点评:Papermill Place has the RUDEST manager I have EVER met. I took a friend there for lunch. My friend works very close to Papermill Place and only has 45 minutes for lunch. We ordered a tuna, and chicken salad sandwiches. After about 20 minutes I went to the counter as I didn’t see our waitress to ask how long it would be as we were on a limited lunch break. The person at counter asked where I was sitting and I pointed to it. The waitress said she would check on our order for me. The Manager then comes out to our table with a check in hand barking at me, “Your order has only been in the kitchen for 10 minutes and we are busy!” Yes, there were a few tables of people maybe 8 tables of people with at least 5 wait staff. I simply asked a question to determine if we needed to change our order as a “to go” order so my friend would get back to work on time. As we were leaving, I saw the Manager and I approached her and quietly told her, “You were rude.” She proceeded to yell at me in front of customers, “You were rude, this isn’t a fast food restaurant!” Later I looked at Yelp & Google reviews and there are some horror stories about this manager - don’t just take my word for it, go check them out about how terrible she treated a 90 year old customer.
