点评：Arrived late Sunday night for our 5 night stay. Got in the room and it smelled like cigarettes (you apparently are allowed to smoke on the balcony even through signs everywhere say no smoking) We would not have stayed here had we know smoking was permitted on the balcony which is pretty much inside the room. The people staying next to us smoked all the time so we couldn’t enjoy our balcony and the smell got into our room. There was food and alcohol in the fridge from the last person who stayed in the room. The floors were sticky (your feet will be black from the dirty floors, you may want to wear socks). The door frame had gum on it. The curtains were falling off the rod. The windows on our fourth floor bedroom opened and were lined with cigarette butts. Ordered Dunkin, not all of the food was in the bag (they said they ran out of bread and croissants) but GWL ignored our request for a refund for the food we did not receive. Twice they serviced our room (they only take trash and used towels, nothing else) and didn’t leave fresh towels. We had to call the front desk for towels, iron & ironing board and toilet paper. Housekeeping was very disorganized.
The water park was great and the water park staff were friendly.
This was the fifth Great Wolf location we have visited and it will not be one we want to return too.
