点评：We went opening week. The staff gave a great effort, but there were some glitches they were working through. Our waiter was wonderful when he came by, but there were huge gaps. Same with the meat coming around, lots of service at times, but also long gaps where we were waiting for our next offering. The meat was good, particularly when we got slices that we were not well done. Unfortunately, most of the time, the meat was well done, but still had good flavor. The mashed potatoes that were brought were cold. Tables around us had tap water, but our server brought a bottle of still water and servers were fairly assertive in trying to get us to drink it and order more. We did get tap water when we specifically asked for it, but I felt that the unasked for costly water was a tad sneaky. The bacon on the buffet was delicious. When our waiter found out we were celebrating a birthday and a new job, we got a free dessert and ordered the molten chocolate cake. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of the gesture and the cake was delicious, if a tad overbaked. That is how I would describe the experience, good, but not quite where I think it might be once the restaurant has been going for longer.
