点评:I am writing this review on behalf of my boss, who is the one who actually eats there regularly, as well as myself, his assistant who must retrieve his business meal receipts. I cannot personally comment on the food, never having eaten there. But my boss is a very particular C-suite executive who has many business meals at Entyse on a very regular basis, so I'm quite sure that both the food and the serivce are excellent. However, being the busy executive that he is, he never bothers to take or keep his receipts, and I am the one who must request copies every month for his expense report. And this where I want to particularly commend the service of Erique K. at Entyse. Because I have emailed him so many times in the past to get copies of receipts, he has taken the initiative to be proactive whenever my boss comes in by making sure to send me the receipt before I even have to ask for it. That is the very definition of superb customer service, above and beyond. So, I hope that Erique's supervisor at the Ritz-Carlton Tysons sees this and gives Erique K. a well-deserved raise!
