点评:This past Mother's Day my husband took me to Cracker Barrel/ Troutville, Va. We purchased a $50 gift card separately from our meal which came to $32.74. The meal was ok and our server was very friendly. The following day while checking my bank account I saw that we had been charged the $50 and $32.74 but we were also charged an additional $82.74. So we were charged twice. I immediately called Cracker Barrel and spoke with a manager. He informed me that he could not help me and the manager, Ron, would be in the following day and he would call me back. Well I waited most of the day and finally my husband and I drove out to the place. Ron, the manager said that he could not give us a refund even with our receipts and a copy of my bank statement because it was not the same day that we ate there. He said we would have to contact Corporate Guest Services and gave us a card with the phone number and ext. Well upon calling I was only able to get a recording that did not have an option for me and was also told that the ext was not valid. I went back in the store where the manager, Ron, with a flip attitude said oh thats old its 00, wrong again. After trying for an hour I went home and sent two emails and tried calling again. I did the same the next day and I still have not heard back and it is now a week. I finally reported them to my bank and opened a claim.
