点评：this was the worst restaurant experience I've ever had in my entire life it took 30 minutes before they took our order and another hour after that before the food got there so I thought that maybe they were just creating family time and it was atmosphere thing but I was wrong when the food came it was the most Bland steak I've ever had in my life asparagus was totally Bland the fries were like Rally's fries very generic but they did have a nice lemon cake dessert so I ordered two to take home and it took 40 minutes to get them to me. this was the all time worse restaurant experience of my entire life in every aspect. I have had steak on the front porch of a house in southeast Roanoke where we couldn't use the back porch because we would have to fight rats in turf wars and that steak was better than I'd imagine anything coming out of the Chop House our drinks stayed empty the whole time we were there and the manager I guess is who it was tried to sit my mother who's 77 years old my son who's 14 years old and myself who's appropriate age at the bar when we got there to keep us from the public dining area because I don't guess he like the way we look because I had been at work all day and so had my 77 year old mother but we insisted on getting a table so he was forced to put us in the dining area but I can tell he didn't like it. I hope lots of people get to read this review because it's from the bottom of my heart I never leave reviews good food speaks for itself and Word of Mouth will get around but apparently nobody's talking about this place because they can't have anything good to say if everyone's experience is as poor as mine was.
