坎布里亚套房酒店的点评
点评：Staff were very friendly and the rooms large, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was very well stocked with a diversity of choices for hotel in this price point. Rooms on the south side, (facing the Roanke Star), can be a little loud due to the construction site next door.
Here's the rub:
Booked two IDENTICAL rooms for two nights, but after checking out, noticed that the amount charged for each room was slightly different. Called and asked to speak to the assistant manager and the desk say he would return my call the next day. No call. I received an email from him asking about the details of my call, to which I replied. Then nothing, poof! It's not the amount of the descrepancy that is the issue, but more the principal. Mistakes happen, but to not address them, leaves a sour taste in our mouths with what was an enjoyable stay.
And contrary to what is posted on Trip Advisor, there is an additional $5.00/vehicle/day charge to park, it is not included in the room rate.
