点评：I had arranged to meet a friend here for lunch as it was close to where I had a medical appointment. We entered the venue via the rear entrance as this was where the parking was. We walked through to the bistro and were not greeted by anyone and no sign to say to wait for staff so we found a table and sat down. Unfortunately the table was unclean so we moved to another. Still no staff paying us any attention. I stood to get the attention of the young woman who appeared to be a staff member and asked her if we could have some menus which she came back with and then asked us if we had seated ourselves? No welcome or hello! We told her that we had and her reply was that we were meant to wait to be seated as they had bookings . We replied that we saw no sign or staff to let us know that. She asked if we came through the back which we had and she quite rudely told us that we were meant to come through the front doors and just to remember for next time!! Well we did not stay for lunch and there will definitely not be a next be time. Very disappointed with the attitude of this staff member. We enjoyed a beautiful lunch at the Coach hotel in Ringwood and the staff were amazing.
