Very disappointing experience

点评：So me and my friend had booked to go here for 10am on a Wednesday morning before the school holidays as my friend had recently had a baby and we fancied a treat. We had a two hour slot. We got there. All good. Picked our items and started to paint. Having a lovely time. 10 mins before the end time we were told we had 10 mins left. Neither of us were anywhere near finished so we asked if we could have a bit longer. I offered to pay for another slot but the lady said we were allowed an extra 10 mins. There was no one else in the place so I am not sure why we couldn't book again. We were then told we really needed to hurry up as there was another table booked for 12.30pm. I find it hard to believe that all the tables were booked for 12.30pm and why we couldn't have just paid to stay longer. We probably would have bought more items as well but Emma was quite rude and made it clear we needed to go. I rushed my item and didn't finish it properly. I could understand if it was school holidays and they were full up but the place was completely empty and it very much seemed as if Emma and her colleague just wanted us out so they could continue gossiping about people, holidays and Emmas kids. Such a shame as I used to love going to this place but we won't be returning. Before all this we had decided to book it for my friends birthday but as we were treated so badly we will go to another place. Also we were offered coffee and then charged for it at the end. A small point but if you are charging for things you really should have a menu with costs on the table as it seemed as these were complimentary and they were far from it. A small point but worth mentioning.
