点评：I took my child with 3 of his friends for my sons birthday I paid a fortune to get in but its what my son wanted as he remembers the previous park before it was took over. I paid for 1 hour of jumping whereby staff were just sitting down having a chat not paying any attention to any of the children my son was hurt he told a member of staff who laughed and told him to come and tell me not him. There were 3 older teenagers there around 14 maybe 15 yrs old who were shoving the younger kids out of the way but they seemed to get away with it as they were friends of someone who worked there. I ordered from the cafe whilst I watched the kids I only got cheesy chips which were not even edible. The boys then had a climbing session well the woman doing the session hardly spoke to the children she was dragging them around by the harnesses she wasnt at all communicating with the boys just shoving them around and getting the hump if they wanted to swap what part they wanted to climb. I have the evidence on video as was totally shocked by her behaviour and attitude. My son was devastated at the way he was pulled around so we're his friends they have minor bruises all because the woman either didn't want to be there or just clearly didn't like kids. My advice do not ever go to oxygen at romford there was no manager to complain to and no one was interested!!!!!!
