点评：We have been going to Mehek for about 3 years now on my friends birthday every year and have never had a problem until last night. Well firstly the “complimentary” popadoms and sundries we were charged £20 for on the bill at the end. Secondly we clearly stated we were paying separately for our meals before we ordered but one bill was produced to which it stated “DKS” £36 which apparently was for soft drinks we had bought for the kids, he charged us £3.20 for a glass of lemonade but clearly stated in the menu the drinks were £2.95. Oh you think this was bad WAIT FOR IT, the representative of this establishment then proceeded to shout at us telling me he had been there for 20 years, I asked why he hadn’t developed any customer service skills in that time. Another man then came out to assist us to which he apologised took off the charge for the “complimentary sundries” removed our service charge and still got £150 out of us for a shocking experience. It’s safe to say the birthday next year will not be spent here. Shocking!!!!
