点评：I ordered a meal through uber eats today 7/12/24 and five guys provided packet sachet of mayo.
Upon opening the packet something seemed off. I then mixed it with my ketchup as I normally do and it was full of lumps!
I called the Enfield branch straight away as that’s who I ordered from and I spoke to a manager who refused to give me her name and dismissed what I was saying. She was extremely rude even after I explained that my daughter could potentially get salmonella poisoning because of this.
I have kept the sachet as evidence and I am waiting for Hesd office to return my complaint email.
I would also like the person who was managing the branch today looked into and someone with her attitude should NOT be running a food franchise. I just wish I had recorded the call but hopefully the phone lines are recorded.

Sort it out five guys! Safety should be the most important thing and this is a major food safety failure.
