点评：I walked in with my 2 year old in my arms on my own. I placed my order through the screens and I wanted to have the option to get the food delivered to my table but unfortunately that wasn’t an option, so I waited patiently for our food. The girl behind the counter called my number and gave me; a bag with my food, the happy meal box & our 2 drinks… no tray, nothing to aid me carrying all of this while I had my 2 year old as well! I looked at her and said can I not have a tray, she then gave me a tray to which I had to load it up with the food and balance it all so it didn’t fall off as I could only use 1 hand!! No one offered to help me carry my food and no one helped me get a high chair either!!! Absolutely disgusting!! I almost always travel out of my way to come to this McDonalds because the food is the best in Cannock but the customer service on this occasion was horrendous!!
The only one saving grace was when I was leaving I passed an older lady who was cleaning up some tables and she turned to me and asked if I was going to use the baby change so she could open it for me. I didn’t have to prompt for this, she could see if I was with a toddler on my own & offered her help! Shame she wasn’t the one who served me in the first place.

唯一值得庆幸的是，我离开的时候路过一位正在收拾桌子的老太太，她转过头问我要不要用婴儿换尿布台，好帮我打开。我不用催她，她看我是不是独自带着个小孩，就主动提出帮忙！真可惜，一开始服务我的不是她。
