Five Ways Inn的点评
点评：Walking in the atmosphere was nice, quite busy as expected on a Friday night. Although I had rang up earlier in the day and booked they couldn’t find my booking, understandable on a busy Friday so wasnt too bothered. Due to the booking going missing we had to sit on a table for more than two which was a bit of a shame as it was a birthday meal for my boyfriend. The food at five ways was really tasty, boyfriend had the pheasant and really enjoyed it. I had the seabream, fish itself was lovely just wasn’t too keen on the veg accompanying it and the lemon-curd jelly that went with it but should have inquired about this from staff prior to ordering. For dessert we had the coffee sponge with ice cream and mousse. Mousse was the best part of the dessert, sponge was a bit dry and ice cream tasted like it had been pre scooped and then re frozen as it was very hard. Finished the meal with a delicious glass of brandy to top off the meal. Overall staff were friendly but service was lacking a little.
