点评：Regular patrons of Capalari (and most other Laax mountain side restaurants) we have been coming here for over 10 years, but the last few years were TERRIBLE. No more! Had a fantastic experience this week-end, no small thanks to very polite, attentive and professional wait staff and the very good quality (almost back to pre-2018 standards) food.
There is a hideous draft near the entrance, so when you make a reservation, you want to ask to be seated away from the entrance on cold days. As a group of 8, we asked to be moved, and despite to the restaurant being full, they accommodated us in a swift, non-fussy way which was highly appreciated by all.
The waiting staff were prompt, attentive and very polite (these three attributes were sorely missed in previous years), and made sure we had a good time. The food arrived very quickly (almost too quickly which roused suspicions of quick re-heats of pre-prepared Capuns, for example) and was very good.
Fr 16.50 for a barley soup, however, is not okay when an even better barley soup is available at Segneshütte for Fr 12.50 (these days also with table service).
All in all, this was a VERY GOOD lunch experience, and 5 STARS for the team of waiters. Please keep up the good standards of service and food, if you can!
