点评：What a wonderful experience. We booked ahead as we were looking to try some authentic Catalan cooking during our stay in Calella over the national festival weekend and the restaurant seemed highly recommended online - now we can see why! We received a warm welcome and after browsing menus for awhile, the chef and waiter could see we 1) knew less than zero about Catalan cuisine and 2) were totally useless at deciding what to have, so after some easygoing, yet in-depth discussion came up with some truly excellent suggestions for my girlfriend and I. With her being vegetarian they practically invented a starter sharing dish for us with artichokes, dried tomatoes, potatoes and mushrooms that was absolutely delicious. For mains I had the monkfish tail in a warm tomato and potato sauce and she had fresh pasta with vegetable ratatouille. (I may have also managed a whole traditional catalan creme pudding myself, to my girlfriends amazement).
One thing we loved was how you could clearly tell how much passion the staff have for what they do. It's their restaurant, they love their food and want you to have a great meal. Prices were fair and service attentive and well paced. We also appreciated the music and atmosphere - smooth and quite romantic - featuring some Michael Bublé with a few Christmas songs(!) which was genuinely unexpected and fantastic, just like the meal!! Haha. I'd highly recommend and would visit again
