阿尔库迪亚花园公寓式酒店的点评
点评：Literally landed back in England this morning so thought I'd take time to write s very honest review , the good and bad.
First impressions were great, reception and grounds beautiful. Swimming pool large, lots of sunbeds (and they are quite strict on them being saved which was good) , smaller pool across a small road (there's extra apartments over here) , pool and snack bar and area for children. All absolutely fab. We actually had 2 rooms here, both across the road. First room block 6 was awful.....it looked like someone had tried to do it up but failed miserably. Nothing fitted, kitchen was falling apart, bathroom mouldy, we had ants and the freezer fridge was broken. It looked dirty because it was in need of a serious decent overhaul. When I brought up the problems we were offered a free upgrade (I know right!) And ended up in a much larger apartment with a garden and (get this) a jacuzzi. The newer apartment still had some issues (cupboards not fitting, shower flooding bathroom) but was so much better. All the issues could be resolved with better fittings.
Anyway back to the positives, as the second room was fine. The thing that really makes this place is the staff. Every member of staff (manageress, entertainment, reception, cleaning) were really really lovely . It was like they actually enjoyed their jobs and couldn't do enough for for you. To mention a few...Daniela on reception, Alicia who was part of entertainment, the lifeguards, the rest of entertainment, the reception manager (with beard)...they were all really great. They lay on constant entertainment, all free and it was good. Despite the minor issues with the room we had a thoroughly great holiday and would definitely recommend.
One word of warning...watch out for mosquitos, if you're prone to getting bitten Take plenty of spray (again the lovely reception people gave us plug inside, like I said all very very great people)

总之，说回优点，第二个房间不错。真正让这个地方锦上添花的是工作人员。每位工作人员（经理、娱乐部、前台、清洁工）都非常非常可爱。他们好像真的很喜欢自己的工作，并且竭尽全力为你服务。举几个例子……前台的丹妮拉、娱乐部的艾丽西亚、救生员、其他娱乐人员、留着胡子的前台经理……他们都非常棒。他们提供持续不断的免费娱乐活动，非常棒。尽管房间有一些小问题，但我们度过了一个非常愉快的假期，绝对值得推荐。
提醒一句……如果你容易被蚊子叮咬，请小心蚊子。带上足够的喷雾（再次强调，前台的工作人员很友善，还给了我们室内的插头，就像我说的，他们都是非常棒的人）
